Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full life-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles, including collaboration with our HR team on university recruiting initiatives. You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related major.
• 1–5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience (engineering recruiting preferred).
• Knowledge of basic HR functions and MS Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-life cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles, from intake through onboarding.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering skill sets.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, and industry outreach.
• Conduct resume and application reviews within the ATS to evaluate technical competencies and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support onboarding.
