Job summary

Ryder is hiring a part-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer to support the Recruiting teams and their open positions by prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews in a high-volume, call center setting.

This role works with HR to develop talent pipelines, maintain employee profiles, and provide administrative and compliance support while upholding confidentiality and professional standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of administrative, call center, or recruiting support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, iCIMS or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment team with tasks: identify passive candidates and pre-screen.
• Serve as primary contact for incoming candidates.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews.
• Match candidates’ skills to openings in their area.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintain employee profiles and perform screenings.
• Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team.
• Support HR on special projects.
