Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED; pref Bachelor's in related field.
• 0–1 year administrative, call center, or recruiting support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, iCIMS or similar) preferred; MS Office advanced.

Responsibilities

• Identify and interact with potential passive candidates.
• Serve as primary contact for incoming candidates.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews.
• Match candidates' skills to openings in their area.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Support HR with talent pipelines and administrative tasks.
• Maintain employee profiles and assist with screenings.
• Support HR team on special projects and assignments.
