Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a part-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer in Raleigh, NC to support Recruiting teams with prescreening and interview scheduling. The role operates in a high-volume call center environment, assisting the HR department with day-to-day tasks and projects.

The candidate will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communications, and help build talent pipelines while upholding strict confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED; pref Bachelor's in related field.
• 0–1 year administrative, call center, or recruiting support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, iCIMS or similar) preferred; MS Office advanced.

Responsibilities

Ryder is currently hiring a part-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer. The Sourcer's role is to provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions by prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews. This individual will work in a high volume, call center setting supporting the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks, projects and day to day routine assignments.

Essential Functions

• Support the recruitment team with the following tasks: Identify and interact with potential passive candidates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
• Facilitate/coordinate interviews
• Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Provide broader Human Resources department support, including: Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Maintaining employee profiles
• Employment Screenings
• Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team
• Supports the HR team in special projects and/or assignments

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
