Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to provide administrative support to the Recruitment and HR team. You will coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and order supplies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

You will post opportunities, participate in job fairs, manage resumes in the hiring system, and support background screenings, orientations, and HR reporting. A fast-paced environment and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year administrative, call center, or recruiting support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, iCIMS, or similar) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate travel when needed.
• Post job opportunities and manage resumes in the ATS.
• Coordinate background screenings, road tests, drug and alcohol tests and safety orientation.
• Run and create ad-hoc HR reports and PowerPoint presentations for the department.
• Maintain employee files and assist with HR processes and events.
