Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required;
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred;
• 0–1 year in administrative, call center, or recruiting support is preferred;
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, iCIMS or similar);
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced);
• Experience communicating with internal and external customers at various levels;
• Experience dealing with executives and employees at all levels;
• Travel: No

Responsibilities

• Identify and interact with potential passive candidates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates.
• Coordinate/facilitate interviews.
• Match candidates' skills to openings in their area.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication at all times.
• Provide HR departmental support including: talent pipelines, employee profiles, screenings;
• Support recruitment team with special projects and assignments;
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
