Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Recruitment and Human Resources teams with interview scheduling, travel coordination, candidate communication, and HR administrative tasks.

This role handles posting opportunities, resumes in the HR system, background checks, orientations, reports, and events; strong organization and confidentiality are essential, with a professional client-focused approach.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-1 year administrative, call center, or recruiting support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, iCIMS, or similar) Intermediate, Preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Advanced, Preferred.
• Experience in communicating with internal and external customers at various career levels.
• Experience with executives and employees at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Posting of job opportunities.
• Coordination and participation in job fairs.
• Uploading of resumes into the hiring management system.
• Coordinate and/or schedule background screening, road tests, drug and alcohol tests and safety orientation.
• Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Conducting employee orientations.
• Run and create ad-hoc HR reports and create PowerPoint presentations as needed.
• Order supplies and/or any other departmental purchases.
• Assist with disability management ensuring short term disability forms are completed and submitted.
• Perform exit interviews.
• Update organizational charts.
• Supports HR team in special projects and assignments.
• Creation/maintenance of employee files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
