Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Recruitment and HR team.

You will coordinate interview schedules and travel as needed, while supporting HR with various tasks and day-to-day assignments. Key duties include posting opportunities, coordinating job fairs, uploading resumes, background screening coordination, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 0–1 year admin/recruiting support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, iCIMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules and travel arrangements.
• Support recruitment team with posting jobs, coordinating job fairs, and resume uploads.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
• Assist HR with events and day-to-day activities.
