Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four or more years of related recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring manager.
• Develops relationships with placement agencies and HR partners to ensure service levels.
• Works on staffing issues of moderate scope requiring data analysis.
• Ensures compliance with recruiting laws.
• Promotes the organization as an employer of choice.
• Determines best avenue in recruiting.
• Assesses staffing needs and meets service levels.
• Exhibits sound judgment within procedures and may have internal/external contacts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
