Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify, engage and build pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple channels. The role partners with recruiters to understand talent requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for diverse portfolios.

You will manage candidate outreach, scheduling, and ATS records, while delivering a positive candidate experience. This on-site role supports high-priority openings across Corporate and Operations teams in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition experience may substitute.
• 1+ years recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists on recruiting profiles and needs.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
• Research companies, industries, schools, and talent pools to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct outbound candidate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Create engaging and personalized outreach messages.
• Track candidate activity and communication in the ATS.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters.
• Manage interview calendars and ensure candidates have a smooth scheduling experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up with candidates throughout the scheduling process.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Work closely with recruiters to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
