Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify and build pipelines of qualified candidates for diverse roles. This on-site role will operate in our Detroit or Sacramento offices, offering $28.00-$32.00 per hour.

You will partner with recruiters to define profiles, source top talent across multiple channels, manage outreach, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant recruiting or sourcing experience may substitute.
• 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists on recruiting profiles and team needs.
• Own the Corporate/Operations sourcing strategy for assigned portfolios.
• Provide updates on pipeline health and candidate communication.
• Own candidate experience via outreach and brand representation.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other platforms.
