Job summary

The SBM Management Services, LP Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify and engage qualified candidates for multiple portfolios. This on-site role supports recruiters across Corporate and Operations, building pipelines and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job boards, manage candidate records in the ATS, and help schedule interviews in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting or sourcing across departments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand open positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling with recruiters and candidates.
• Track candidate activity and communication in the ATS.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
