Job summary

LHH in California is seeking a proactive Recruiting Sourcer to identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, conduct proactive outreach, and maintain accurate ATS records in a high-volume environment.

This role offers hands-on exposure to diverse industries and a chance to impact talent acquisition outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
• Strong research and candidate identification skills.
• Excellent written communication and candidate engagement abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to assess candidate profiles and identify alignment with position requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct candidate outreach via email, messaging, and networking.
• Review resumes and profiles to assess qualifications.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to plan sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and track metrics.
• Research labor market trends to identify new talent pools.
• Support employer branding and engage passive candidates.
• Coordinate candidate communications and scheduling.
• Handle additional duties supporting talent acquisition.
