Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify and engage qualified candidates for multiple roles across the organization. You will partner with recruiters, build pipelines, and manage outreach to create a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, maintaining ATS records, coordinating interviews, and improving sourcing strategies in fast-paced environments. On-site in Detroit preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience.
• 1+ years recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required for certain roles.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent research, organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand open positions and target candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other platforms.
• Research companies, industries, schools, and talent pools to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters.
