PPC Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to proactively identify, engage, and qualify top talent for current and future needs. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines and drive candidate engagement.

This front-end role focuses on sourcing, outreach, and candidate development, including passive candidate strategies and data-driven improvement of hiring workflows across the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques including Boolean search and social recruiting.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and candidate management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines for current and future needs.
• Engage passive and active candidates via email, phone, social media and networking.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Track sourcing activity, candidate status, and pipeline metrics in ATS/CRM systems.
