Job summary

Tapcheck is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to build the sourcing engine powering our hiring. You will identify and engage candidates across open roles, helping the team move faster and reduce reliance on outside recruiters.

This is an ideal entry-to-mid level role to learn sourcing, screening, and pipeline management from the ground up, working with the Director of Talent Acquisition on impactful searches.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a sourcer or recruiting associate.
• Supported sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Used LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings to build passive candidate pipelines.
• Screened resumes and applications against defined role criteria.
• Communicated clearly and professionally with candidates through outreach and screening conversations.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other channels.
• Build diverse, healthy talent pipelines across multiple open roles.
• Screen inbound resumes and applications against role criteria.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Keep candidate records and pipeline stages accurate and current in Ashby.
• Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to understand role requirements and sourcing criteria for each search.
• Support candidate communication and interview scheduling as needed.
