Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to elevate the candidate journey through automation, insights, and hands-on interview support. You will manage on-site interviewing logistics, contribute to candidate experience improvements, and collaborate with the Talent and People teams across projects in a fast-paced biotech environment.

You will leverage AI scheduling tools and ATS data to refine processes, support top-of-funnel activities, and help deliver exceptional experiences

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in life sciences or tech.
• Demonstrated success partnering cross functionally with effective communication at all levels.
• Experience with AI-based scheduling tools and ATS; ability to leverage automation to enhance candidate experience.
• Strong data intuition with reporting, dashboards, and talent analytics.

Responsibilities

• Automated Scheduling & Interview Logistics using Greenhouse to coordinate interviews.
• Candidate Experience Design & Execution to improve candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Support TA and cross-functional projects; assist top-of-funnel hiring like sourcing and reviewing applications.
