You will use sourcing platforms, Boolean searches, and market insights to identify relevant professionals and deliver qualified candidate flow, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout early stages.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, research, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant academic background in HR, Business, Psychology, or Communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and job boards.
• Engage candidates with personalized outreach and initial screening.
• Support recruiters with pipeline development and candidate assessment.
• Maintain accurate records and provide sourcing insights for decisions.
