As a Business Development Specialist, you will drive market accounts through proactive outreach, client qualification, relationship building, and strategic placement of talent solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or six years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify clients, build relationships, market candidates, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain real-time sales activity records in the Bullhorn CRM.
• Visit prospective and existing clients on-site to drive growth.
• Sell talent solutions for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop and execute daily call plans and campaigns to grow the client base.
• Keep Bullhorn CRM updated with current client profiles.
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective information sharing.
• Monitor market knowledge and candidate salary data.
• Negotiate bill rates to sustain targeted margins.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Uphold values of respect, responsibility, honesty, and integrity.
