The Adecco Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable sales within our Recruitment Solutions accounts. You will build strong client relationships, define hiring objectives, and craft strategies to hit revenue and profitability targets.

You will regularly meet with clients, travel up to 80% of the time, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize staffing solutions. A business degree and sales experience are required or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Travel up to 80% per week; willingness to travel.
• Experience in staffing and/or HR solutions is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and consultatively sell solutions to assigned clients.
• Partner with clients to define objectives and hiring needs.
• Develop client-specific strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Conduct site visits and sales meetings with clients.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals and amendments.
• Maintain industry knowledge and sales best practices.
