Responsibilities

• Support recruiting from job postings to candidate communication and ATS.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including background checks and documentation.
• Assist benefits administration across health, life, disability, and 401(k).
• Maintain confidential employee records and I-9/E-Verify docs.
• Process HR transactions in Workday and assist time tracking.
• Support annual performance reviews and HR events.
