Job summary

Roessel Joy is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Boston to support the full employee lifecycle. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, leaves, compliance, HR operations, HRIS, and payroll coordination.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with PFML, FMLA, and ADA-related leaves, strong UKG proficiency, and excellent communication and confidentiality skills. This role offers the chance to contribute across HR and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full employee lifecycle.
• Hands-on in leaves and accommodations (PFML, FMLA, ADA).
• Strong UKG experience preferred.
• Full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidential handling of employee information.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for openings and internships.
• Partner with managers on role requirements and selection criteria.
• Manage postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Lead onboarding and improve the employee experience.
