Job summary

G.L. Hunt Foundation Repair in Texas seeks a talent hunter to own hiring for sales reps, crews, installers, and office roles across Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. You will screen quickly, headhunt proactively, and create scorecards with the hiring manager. Your success will be measured by retention and ramp targets.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and shape the recruiting function as the company grows, with attractive bonuses and a path to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in agency, staffing, or full-desk recruiting.
• Placements you can name in commission sales or skilled trades.
• Comfortable on the phone all day and persuasive with candidates.
• Able to distinguish a great candidate from a talker.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring for sales reps, subcontractor crews, installers and office roles across three markets.
• Split time between resume screening and proactive headhunting of non-applicants.
• Run first-round screens and build scorecards with the hiring manager.
• Track retention and maintain a bench of strong candidates.
• Administer bonuses tied to performance and retention.
