Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition for the Texas market, focusing on General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Supervisors as new stores open in Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin in 2027. You will build candidate pipelines, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews in collaboration with the Texas Talent Acquisition Lead.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed or comparable job boards.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Paradox is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and pipeline development to support store leadership openings in Texas.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess leadership experience, availability, and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across required stages with hiring managers.
• Maintain timely candidate communication to ensure a positive experience and keep processes moving.
