Wonder is recruiting a Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition across Texas, focusing on General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Supervisors for upcoming openings in Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews while building strong candidate pipelines.

• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed or comparable job boards.
• Strong phone-screening and interviewing abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multi-opening management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet fast-paced hiring deadlines.
