Job summary

Wonder seeks a motivated Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition for our Texas market. The role focuses on sourcing and recruiting for General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Supervisors as new stores open in Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.

You will manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews in collaboration with the Texas Talent Acquisition Lead. Ideal candidates bring recruiting experience in hospitality or high-volume settings, familiarity with

Qualifications

Recruiting or talent acquisition experience in restaurant or high-volume hiring.
Experience sourcing candidates via Indeed or similar job boards.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Paradox preferred.
Strong phone screening, interviewing and scheduling skills.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple openings.

Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates for General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Supervisors.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and availability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across Texas expansion.
Maintain timely, professional candidate communication throughout the process.
Support pre-opening hiring initiatives and deadlines for new stores.
