Hiller Measurements, a growing high-tech organization in the Dripping Springs/Austin area, seeks a Recruiter to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates for open positions. The role begins onsite to learn our industry, culture, and hiring needs, then transitions to remote work as appropriate.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and professional networks, conduct prescreens, and maintain records of outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field is required.
• 3+ years’ experience recruiting, talent sourcing, staffing, sales, business development, or candidate outreach is required.
• Experience sourcing technical, engineering, manufacturing, or skilled-trade candidates is required.
• Strong interest in recruiting and connecting qualified people with the right opportunity.
• Must be able to work onsite initially in the Austin/Dripping Springs area to learn hiring needs.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Human Resources and hiring managers to understand open positions, required skills, experience, and candidate profiles.
• Proactively search for qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, professional networks, job boards, industry groups, and other sourcing channels.
• Identify candidates for engineering, program management, production, quality, accounting, operations, and other roles.
• Review resumes and online profiles to determine alignment with job requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and prescreens via LinkedIn, email, phone, and invite qualified individuals to apply.
• Communicate opportunities professionally while accurately representing the company and role.
• Maintain organized records of sourcing activity and responses.
• Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain professional communication.
• Learn products, departments, terminology, and hiring needs to improve targeting.
• Research new sourcing channels and resources for qualified candidates.
• Protect candidate and company information; maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other recruiting and sourcing duties as assigned.
