You will partner with the Sales Manager to align recruiting strategies with business goals and create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recruiting experience focused on sales roles and is comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Handshake, and ZoomInfo in a fast-paced environment.

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales roles.
• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, ZoomInfo, and Indeed.
• Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive communicator.
• Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment with minimal structure.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced culture.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit W-2 sales professionals for DFW-based roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Handshake, ZoomInfo, and Indeed to identify and engage candidates.
• Maintain candidate tracking and pipeline management using LinkedIn as an interim ATS.
• Partner closely with Sales Manager to align recruiting strategy with business growth.
• Build relationships with candidates and create an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified sales talent to account for ongoing attrition.
