Job summary

Ubique Group, a digital-forward consumer powerhouse, is hiring a Manager, Talent in Canton, GA. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate, distribution, and leadership roles and build proactive sourcing strategies to fuel scalable programs.

You’ll champion employer branding and optimize workflows while exploring responsible AI enhancements. The role requires talent acquisition leadership, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to translate business needs into practical talent

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or workforce planning.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing capabilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, talent CRMs, and recruiting analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical talent strategies.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Interest in AI, workforce technology, skills-based talent practices, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate, distribution, and leadership roles.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using CRM technology.
• Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Optimize recruiting workflows, reporting, and candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities to responsibly integrate AI into talent processes.
• Support workforce planning, skills taxonomy, and skills-gap analysis.
• Develop internal mobility and career pathway strategies.
• Lead Ubique Group’s employee referral and internship programs.
• Partner with People & Culture on development and upskilling initiatives.
