Job summary

Ubique Group in Canton, GA is seeking a Manager, Talent to lead recruitment across corporate and leadership roles, designing scalable programs and workforce insights. This is a strategic and hands-on talent leadership role within a dynamic, furniture-focused company.

You will drive sourcing, employer branding, and AI-enabled practices, partnering with People & Culture to develop internal mobility and upskilling initiatives that elevate our talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or workforce planning.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing capabilities.
• Experience with ATS, CRMs, and recruiting analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into talent strategies.
