Opiniion is a resident experience tool partnering with property managers to create better living experiences for residents. We seek a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, with autonomy and a focus on software engineering talent.

You will work with hiring managers, leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and help shape our people strategy while growing a fast-moving, innovative team in Lehi, Utah.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting with ownership of strategy.
• Direct experience recruiting for software engineering roles.
• Sourcing on LinkedIn and comparable platforms.
• Experience using Rippling Recruiter or a similar ATS.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership directly.
• Capable of operating with autonomy and setting direction.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting strategy and execution across open roles, largely independently.
• Recruit for software engineering & technical roles with technical fluency.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define needs and run efficient processes.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, reducing agency reliance.
• Use AI tools to write job posts, summarize candidates, and automate steps.
• Identify and implement process improvements as they arise.
