You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding candidate experience while supporting recruiting operations, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR, project coordination, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• High agency with the ability to anticipate hiring needs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with an ATS (Teamtailor, Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, AI and reporting tools for analysis.
• Proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate video and onsite interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Manage interview logistics including scheduling, travel, onsite support, and candidate communications.
• Build interview plans, scorecards, coordinate interview panels, and ensure timely feedback.
• Assist with offer administration, background checks, reference checks, and Jira tickets.
• Maintain job postings, requisitions, and candidate records in the ATS.
