Direct Agents is seeking a Talent & People Experience Specialist in NYC to own full-cycle talent acquisition and act as a flexible extension of the People & Culture team. You will source and screen candidates, shepherd them through interviews, and manage candidate touchpoints across platforms, while also providing HR support and ensuring confidentiality.

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in digital marketing/tech
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration across departments

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines; coordinate interviews; maintain ATS records; partner with hiring managers; report recruitment metrics.
• People Experience: support HR functions for Direct Agents, assist SVP of HR, ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR information.
