Job summary

adMarketplace is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator in New York City to help ensure a smooth hiring process from opening a role through offer acceptance. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while supporting recruiting operations and reporting.

You will also co-lead the Challenger and Internship Programs, contributing to the growth of our early-career talent pipeline and driving process

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR, project coordination, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
High agency with the ability to anticipate hiring needs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and creating operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Recruiting Coordination & Candidate Experience: Coordinate video and onsite interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
Recruiting Operations: Maintain job postings, requisitions, and candidate records within the ATS and prepare recruiting reports.
Programs & Process Improvement: Co-lead Challenger and Internship Programs and track metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
