Job summary

Machina Labs, based in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to scale our recruiting infrastructure and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. You will own interview scheduling and candidate logistics while helping optimize our ATS, workflows, and data quality.

You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers in a fast-paced startup environment, driving process improvements and adoption of new tools to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting coordination or operations experience.
• Experience in high-volume or technical recruiting in a fast-paced startup.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting workflows.
• Ability to document workflows and implement new tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ownership mindset and comfort building processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex interview scheduling across recruiters and roles.
• Coordinate candidate travel and onsite logistics.
• Serve as main candidate contact with clear, timely communication.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to avoid scheduling issues.
• Improve candidate and interviewer experience.
• Document scalable recruiting processes and SOPs.
• Own ATS administration and data hygiene.
• Support rollout of new recruiting tools and workflows.
• Maintain accurate job postings across systems.
