Job summary

Blue Eagle Credit Union in Oak Grove, MN is hiring for a Payroll/HR Administration role within the Talent Team. You will handle payroll processing, team member support, records management, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications include an Associate degree in HR or related field, 2 years office admin experience, and proficiency with Paylocity and Microsoft/Google apps. This on-site role offers strong benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• An Associates degree in Human Resources or other business related field, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience working in an office administration related role, minimum of 2 years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience using a HCM (such as Paylocity), in an administrative role
• Proficient using Microsoft and Google Applications: Docs, Sheets, Slides, E-Mail, Calendar

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: bi-weekly, incentive, and bonus payrolls
• Team Member Support: troubleshoot inquiries related to Talent systems, policies, payroll and benefits
• Record Retention: maintain confidential team member records throughout employment life cycle
• Employment Law: stay current with evolving federal and state labor laws and update policies accordingly
