Job summary

Municipal Credit Union is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to support core HR processes, payroll, benefits, and reporting. The role focuses on data-informed decision-making, policy guidance, and improving employee experience within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, benefits support, reporting, compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s in HR or business and 4+ years payroll experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR.
• 4+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience with payroll calculation and processing.
• Expert knowledge of ADP Workforce Now HRIS.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local payroll laws.
• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Technologically proficient; comfortable with Excel.
• Ability to manage high-volume payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Payroll and time management support across multiple jurisdictions.
• Benefits administration and leave case management support.
• Maintain HR process and procedure documentation.
• Manage HR accounts payable and Concur invoices.
• Support cyclical HR programs like open enrollment and performance reviews.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards; analyze trends.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and audits.
• Provide HR policy guidance and assist on complex matters.
• Analyze HR data to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain HRIS knowledge and data integrity.
• Support process improvements to boost efficiency.
