CFS in Roseville, MN is seeking a Payroll Administrator to own payroll operations for a multi-state workforce. This onsite role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, solves payroll issues, and ensures employees are paid accurately and on time.

You will process weekly payroll for about 370 employees across several states, review earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishments, maintain records, respond to questions, and assist with year-end reporting.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, garnishments, deductions, and compliance.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving payroll issues, and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 370 employees across multiple states
• Review timesheets, earnings, deductions, benefits, and garnishments for accuracy
• Maintain employee payroll records and process payroll-related changes
• Respond to employee and manager payroll questions
• Assist with payroll tax compliance and payroll reporting
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and support account reconciliations
• Review payroll data and identify discrepancies before payroll submission
• Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and reporting requirements
• Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

What We\'re Looking For

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Experience processing multi-state payroll preferred
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, garnishments, deductions, and payroll compliance
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paylocity, UKG, or similar platforms
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently

• CPP certification
• Accounting or payroll reconciliation experience
