Job summary

Primient is seeking a Business Partner, Talent & Organizational Development - Learning. You will lead and design enterprise learning initiatives, partner with HRBPs, COEs and business leaders to deliver scalable learning solutions across the organization.

You will drive leadership development, governance, and tooling use (Workday Learning, AI in learning), ensuring programs meet frontline and global needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development/Design, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in HR or Learning & Development roles.
• Strong facilitation skills and executive presence.
• Experience with Workday Learning and/or learning technology platforms.
• Experience in manufacturing or global enterprise learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Primient’s signature learning programs and other frameworks (Myers Briggs, DISC, EQ).
• Consult on enterprise learning strategy aligned with priorities and gaps.
• Translate business needs into scalable curricula and development pathways.
• Advise senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and capability-building investments.
• Establish role-based curricula, onboarding, and career pathways.
• Build manager capability through coaching, feedback, and on-the-job application.
• Define governance, design standards, and measurement of learning outcomes.
