Primient is a leading producer of plant-based food and industrial ingredients. As a Business Partner of Talent & Organizational Development, you will collaborate with HRBPs to plan, communicate and execute global COE learning solutions, driving culture transformation.

You will deliver signature programs, translate business needs into scalable curricula, and measure impact through dashboards, with responsibility for governance, learning strategy, and leadership development.
