Talkdesk is seeking a proactive Talent Operations leader in Atlanta, GA, to own the recruiting tech stack and drive automation across global hiring. You will lead a small team, partner with People, Legal and Finance, and build processes that streamline offers, contracts and onboarding for worldwide recruitment.

You’ll implement AI-driven automation, design scalable workflows in Greenhouse and GoodTime, and ensure data quality for dashboards and decision-making.

Formación

• 6+ years in talent operations or recruiting operations at a fast-growing tech company.
• Deep ATS experience, ideally Greenhouse admin configuring workflows, permissions, reports and integrations.
• Love of technology and automation, with AI/no-code tools to remove manual work.

Responsabilidades

• Own Recruiting tech stack end to end and optimize integrations.
• Automate manual, repetitive tasks and build scalable workflows.
• Define and build dashboards for pipeline health, time-to-fill and recruiter capacity.
