Qualifications

• Experience administering TA systems or HR ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of TA systems and applications.
• Provide customer service for inbound questions via ServiceNow and ensure timely resolutions.
• Guide end-users and escalate to HRIS or partners as needed.
• Design and refine processes to improve recruiter efficiency and candidate experience.
• Create and lead Global Talent Acquisition training sessions and materials.
• Participate in HR-led workstreams and partner with stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Explore AI-enabled workflows to streamline recruiting operations.
