Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years in talent or recruiting operations, HR systems, or HR tech.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition operations, recruiting workflows, and HR tech.
  • Experience administering ATS or HR systems and solid Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Systems Administration: support and optimize recruiting and HR technology systems.
  • User Support: troubleshoot inquiries, manage requests, coordinate issue resolution.
  • Process Improvement: evaluate workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Data & Quality Assurance: review data and processes for accuracy.
  • Training & Documentation: create training materials and process docs.
  • Project Support: collaborate with TA, HR, and other teams on system enhancements.

Job Overview – Talent Operations Specialist

Atlantic Group is hiring a Talent Operations Specialist in Stamford, CT for our client, supporting recruiting operations, talent acquisition systems, and HR technology processes. The Talent Operations Specialist will administer recruiting platforms, resolve system and process inquiries, conduct audits, and improve workflows across a high-volume talent acquisition environment. This role requires hands-on HR systems administration experience combined with strong operational, analytical, and stakeholder support skills.

Compensation: $30/hour
Location: Stamford, CT
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Talent Operations Specialist:
  • Systems Administration: Support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of recruiting and HR technology systems.
  • User Support: Troubleshoot system and process inquiries, manage support requests, and coordinate resolution of user issues.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate recruiting workflows and implement improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and user experience.
  • Data & Quality Assurance: Review system data and processes to identify discrepancies and maintain operational accuracy.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop training materials, process documentation, and user resources while supporting system and workflow changes.
  • Project Support: Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and other teams on system enhancements, operational initiatives, and technology projects.
Qualifications for the Talent Operations Specialist:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of talent operations, recruiting operations, HR systems, HR technology, or related experience is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of talent acquisition operations, recruiting workflows, HR technology, and systems administration is required.
  • Technical Skills: Experience administering applicant tracking systems, recruiting technology, or HR systems is required, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organization, customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills are required.
