We are seeking a high-volume corporate talent recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will use their sense of urgency and top-notch people skills to match A+ talent with business needs. Reporting to the Global Talent Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialistwill be responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle, from proactive sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. They will also lead the tracking of data and KPIs, as well as help to standardize and improve our processes. This role is an on-site role in Fort Lauderdale
