Job summary

RK Management Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist/Human Resources Coordinator in a hybrid, multi-location setup (Stamford, CT; Irving, TX; Fort Myers, FL).

The role focuses on optimizing recruiting processes and HR technology platforms in close partnership with the global TA team and analytics groups. You will own day-to-day TA systems administration, deliver global trainings, and drive process improvements to enhance recruiter efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a systems administrator in Workday, Beamery, BrightHire or any HR ERP.
• Strong service orientation with ownership and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer TA systems and applications to keep workflows clear and easy to use.
• Provide customer service for inbound HR technology inquiries via ServiceNow, ensuring timely, quality responses.
• Solve inbound questions and route requests to timely closure.
• Follow up with end-users to ensure cases are closed to satisfaction.
• Triages to subject matter experts and guides end-user transactions.
• Design and refine processes to improve recruiter and hiring team efficiency and candidate experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for end users and escalate to HRIS or partners as needed.
• Create and lead Global Talent Acquisition training on system/process changes.
• Participate in HR-led workstreams impacting recruiting processes with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to translate needs into solutions.
• Explore use of generative AI to streamline workflows.
