You will develop timelines, maintain documentation, ensure compliance with policies and employment laws, and support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.

The role emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, HIPAA compliance, and proactive communication across HR, managers, and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive/administrative support, HR, project management, onboarding, recruiting, or training administration.
• Highly organized with meticulous record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Committed to compliance including HIPAA and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple HR administrative projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, task lists, and status documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Prepare and organize employee lifecycle documents including onboarding and offboarding.
• Track signatures and procedural steps; maintain HR files and records.
• Coordinate communication among HR, managers, and employees on status and requirements.
• Process employment verification and reference checks; assist with onboarding processes.
• Identify process improvements and implement efficiency enhancements.
• Generate reports and maintain project metrics.
