Position SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages and drives the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and guide the hiring process from requisition through onboarding.The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in shaping a positive candidate experience,strengthening the organization’s employer brand, and building strong talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs. This position ensures recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent SourcingManage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through offer acceptance.Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, establish interview questions, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles.Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidate pools.Maintain and update job descriptions.Actively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.Screen applications, conduct initial candidate interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.Enhance the Paycom recruiting process and module.Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process and provide recommendations to support effective hiring decisions.Candidate Experience & CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring clear communication with both candidates and interview teams.Maintain timely communication with candidates regarding application status and next steps.Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates.Onboarding & OrientationCoordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring completion of all required documentation and system entries.Design, implement, and continuously improve an efficient and engaging orientation process for new staff members.Facilitate or support new employee orientation sessions.Ensure new hires receive the resources, tools, and information needed to successfully transition into their roles.Employer Branding & Talent StrategySupport initiatives that promote the organization’s employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.Contribute to talent pipeline development for key roles and future workforce needs.Track recruitment metrics and assist in identifying opportunities to improve hiring processes and outcomes.Compliance & AdministrationMaintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure recruitment documentation is accurate and current.Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment activities.Other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager or Chief Organizational Officer.Primary RequirementsBelief in ACCESS’s mission to provide food, warmth, and shelter.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Knowledge of federal and Oregon employment laws.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Valid Oregon driver’s license acceptable under ACCESS insurance policies.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Preferred QualificationsBilingual (English & Spanish)Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring.Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Work Location: In person
