Job summary

RampRamp is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead critical searches across our G&A functions. You will own searches from intake to close, partnering with leaders across Recruiting, Risk, and other G&A functions to develop clear hiring strategies and plans.

This hands-on role requires research, assessment, stakeholder partnership, and closing skills. You will translate ambiguous business needs into structured recruiting approaches while maintaining a high-velocity hiring process and a strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with significant ownership of G&A, corporate, or specialized business-function searches.
• Experience recruiting for Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, People, or Recruiting.
• Track record of independently leading complex or senior-level searches from scoping through accepted offer.
• Strong talent judgment and ability to map a market and explain why someone will excel at the company.
• Credibility to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions through data and market insight.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Recruiting, Risk, and other G&A functions, from intake and market mapping through offer and close.
• Develop real fluency in the functions you support to identify signals distinguishing exceptional talent.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define the hiring thesis and translate needs into clear search strategies and interview plans.
• Build proactive pipelines through market research and targeted sourcing.
• Advise leaders using market intelligence, recruiting data, and feedback to improve hiring decisions and close hires.
