Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to lead the national recruiting function’s operations. You will partner with TA leadership to optimize systems, processes, and vendor management, while serving as a critical resource for recruiters and hiring leaders.

This growth-focused role requires strong leadership, hands-on ATS/CRM experience, and a proactive, data-driven approach to improve efficiency and scale hiring efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• 2+ years supporting recruiting operations, ATS administration, or leadership.
• Hands-on experience administering an ATS/CRM including workflows and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TA leadership on workload planning and hiring priorities.
• Assist Director of Talent Acquisition and resolve concerns across the recruiting function.
• Own and optimize TA technology including Phenom ATS, CRM, and Onboarding workflows.
• Lead recruiting operations initiatives: process improvements, SOPs, training, and documentation.
• Manage recruiting vendors, sourcing channels, and spend tracking.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Compliance on onboarding and background checks.
• Support compliance and governance of recruiting systems and data.
