Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations to drive operational excellence across the recruiting function. You will oversee recruiting operations, enablement, technology management, and data-driven insights to deliver a high-quality candidate experience and alignment with enterprise goals.

You will lead a team of Sourcing and TA Coordinators, optimize ATS/CRM tools, and develop dashboards with KPIs to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of TA operations/HR operations experience.
• 3+ years leading a recruiting team.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA Operations and programs to ensure smooth recruiting processes.
• Own and optimize ATS, CRM and sourcing tools.
• Develop KPIs and analytics to measure performance.
• Coach sourcing and TA coordinator teams.
• Design recruiting dashboards and reports.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness across TA processes.
